“Knowing your value is an important attribute for any individual or business but its power is realised when you start to share it”.
Being clear on the value you provide to others not only gives you clarity and focus but being able to articulate this value clearly allows you to become a magnet. That is, a magnet to new opportunities and the right people to work with, whether as clients or in partnerships. When you communicate your value, the right opportunities will present themselves as people will know what you are best at and what relevance this has to them.
I have worked with hundreds of businesses over the last 20 years. I have observed how those that are clear on the value they provide, those that know what they do and don’t do, can leverage the most from opportunities around them. They know when to say “no” and they can be confident that they are able to contribute to and accelerate the route to the desired outcome.
Once again I have spent a large proportion of the last 2 months, which is typical as people focus on the New Year, supporting businesses to become more clear on the value they provide. I am looking forward to seeing the change in these businesses over the coming months, the ripples have already started!
