Length of contract – In the instance of a taster session, one to one session or one-off payment session, the contract period between The Impact Mentor and the client is limited to the length of that sole session. The client remits only for the cost of that session and has no liability for any extended period.
Payment for Mentoring sessions – Payment for sessions will be made 24 hours before the first session commences. Once payment has been made no refunds will be available.
Payment for all blocks of mentoring will be made at the start of that block.
Cancellation Policy – You should contact us and document your reasons for cancellation. The parties involved are free to seek legal advice depending on the severity of the dispute.
